There was a fatal Southern Illinois pedestrian accident Saturday night (October 21, 2017) in Collinsville.
According to police, the crash happened as a pedestrian was walking along Illinois Route 159 near Tanglewood Parkway at approximately 11:30 p.m. At that time, a Toyota Highlander hit the pedestrian.
