I-255 Motorcycle Accident Near Dupo

There was a motorcycle accident on Interstate 255 (I-255) near Dupo on Thursday morning, June 25, 2015.

According to the Illinois State Police, the accident happened just before 7:00 a.m. when a motorcyclist “rear-ended” a pickup truck.

The motorcyclist, identified as a 33-year-old man from Columbia, was flown to a hospital with injuries that were considered to be life-threatening in nature, including what may have been a head injury.
